3 Ingredient Cookies

These cookies only take 3 ingredients to make! No need for flour or eggs for these yummy delights! My sister and her husband happened to come across this recipe while in the waiting area of Cracker Barrel. They were intrigued so they mentally noted down the ingredients and tried it out at home. They are now quite popular in our family and will forever be the no-name cookies that are famous for only needing 3 ingredients. The reason I say that is because they remembered the ingredients but failed to notice the name of the recipe. :) So call them whatever you like.

3 Ingredient Cookies
Source: ??? Random cookbook inside Cracker Barrel ???

2/3 box of graham crackers, crushed (use 2 out of the 3 packages inside the box)
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper then spray parchment paper well with Pam cooking spray. (This step is extremely important or else you will not be able to get your cookies off the pan. They are super sticky!) Crush graham crackers then stir in chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

  1. Just made these, and they are SO yummy!! They are also super easy for a 4-year-old to help with. It's like a S'Mores Cookie!
