At The Bakery.....Display Cakes

One of the favorite things about my job is all the creative freedom I have.  I can make any kind, color, or type of cake I want.  It allows me to continually try new things and keeps my job fun!  Last week I needed to make a few cakes for the window display.  I used one of my favorite cake resources for inspiration and instruction.  It's called www.mycakeschool.com.  I love Melissa's style and she is continually updating her blog with new cakes and how-to videos.  That's where the ideas for these cakes came from...
