Hoisin Chicken Wings

2 - 3 lb. frozen chicken wings or drumettes
1/2 c. prepared hoisin sauce
1/4 c. honey
4 to 5 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 T. sesame oil
Use a 4-quart slow cooker. Put the chicken into the crock. Add the hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Stir before serving.
